This is one of the emails I designed from scratch for Debenhams. I was given some images and copy that I had to have a similar look and feel to Debenhams other beauty emails. To do this, I used their fonts and labelled the products in a similar manner. This is my final version before it would be overlooked and signed off by an art director or of similar status.
Email design @ DAD
This is an email I designed for The Prince's Trust, with the help of an art director overlooking the progress. As you might notice, this wasn't the final image that would be used. I also worked on some emails for Thomas Cook and Sky.
Email design and build @ Flight Centre
Below is an example of an email I was working at whilst at Flight Centre. This screenshot shows the outline of the tables in Dreamweaver. Dreamweaver is useful for previewing the mailer, however I find it easier building emails from scratch, hand-coding the html.
Building for various email clients @ Fantasy League
Below is example of a mailer I was testing out in Yahoo. Other email browsers such as Outlook, Hotmail, Gmail were tested.
@ Fantasy League and Moneybookers
I have been working on emails since April 2009. I now have an account in Outlook, Hotmail, Yahoo, and Gmail.
At Moneybookers we used MailChimp to test emails, as well as an in-house email studio. Fantasy League used their own email studio.
